With strategically located facilities on both the East and West Coasts, IDW provides customers with a robust logistics network designed to reduce transit times, optimize freight costs, and improve delivery flexibility across North America.

IDW’s headquarters in West Columbia, SC, includes 200,000 square feet of warehousing and 20 dock-high positions. This strategically located facility serves as the center of our operations while strengthening our East Coast warehousing and distribution capabilities.

Our 130,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, features 30 dock-high positions. Both warehouses efficiently manage multiple inbound and outbound freight movements, including cross-dock operations. Together, our East and West coast facilities provide expanded inventory capacity and dependable coast-to-coast distribution.

Utilizing state-of-the-art RFID scanners and warehouse management software, every shipment is logged, tracked, and monitored from receipt through final delivery, providing the visibility, accuracy, and reliability our customers expect.
