Fast growing US Company supplying refrigeration equipment to the Beverage Industry seeks a dynamic Project Manager to lead new development projects and manage production orders from placement to delivery. Innovative DisplayWorks, Inc. ( is a Commercial Refrigeration and Point of Purchase display company specializing in creative retail marketing and innovative beverage coolers. Our products are manufactured worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced Project Management professional with a proven track record of success. This position is responsible for managing all Point of Purchase display projects with oversight, ownership and accountability for all activities relating to project planning, scheduling, cost management, progress reporting, risk identification and mitigation. Developing and fostering effective communications both internally and externally is essential.

In this position you will:

  • Establish and Track project milestones according to established industry standard project management procedures.
  • Manage project development from beginning to end by defining scope, development approach, milestones and deliverables.
  • Continually manage and facilitate communication on project goals and expectations with US and China team members in a prompt and clear fashion.
  • Analyzes client specifications, plans resources and costs in preparation of quotes.
  • Verifies invoices from vendors for accuracy and completeness.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in project management processes.
  • Strong engineering or technical foundation in manufacturing and metal fabrication principles. Hands-on experience preferred.
  • Must conduct business honestly, ethically and fairly.
  • Able to interact positively and professionally with diverse set of people. Professional and courteous demeanor in all situations.
  • Understand all revenue, cost and logistical aspects and implications of project management.
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills is a must.
  • Experience with International Supply Chain and bilingual in either Mandarin or Spanish would be a plus.

The Qualified Candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and/or International Business or relevant technical degree
  • PMP Certification
  • 5+ years experience in Project Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook
