Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative’s overall responsibility is to ensure satisfied customers by following the service excellence, call expectations, and procedures to efficiently manage customer orders, input and verify data, manage any inquiries, complaints or service concerns.
Key Duties/Responsibilities: • Order Entry Management • Follow up with Sales to obtain any missing information • Facilitate program initiatives with customers • Provide support to outside sales reps • Work closely with Logistics organization • Provide customers/Sales with order tracking information • Manage inventory and forecasting needs • Report generation for sales and accounting • Run / expedite open sales order reports daily • Participate in daily meetings to review the status of open sales orders • Other sales related tasks as assigned
Required Skills: • Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in a Customer Service Representative role • Order entry experience mandatory • Excellent Data Entry skills • Excellent customer service capabilities • Knowledge of Microsoft applications is critical • Knowledge of customer service principles • Knowledge of Shipping would be an asset • Beverage industry experience would be an asset • Knowledge of Fishbowl Inventory Management would be an asset
